Joyce H. Huang, Esq.
"Immigration law is the most personal area of law there is. A denial doesn't just lose a case — it splits a family, ends a business, ends a life as you know it. That is why I do this work the way I do."
— Joyce H. Huang
A practice shaped by experience.
Joyce H. Huang has practiced U.S. immigration law for more than two decades. She founded Joyce H. Huang, PLLC in Tempe, Arizona to deliver the kind of attentive, technically rigorous representation she believed her community deserved — and rarely found.
Her practice spans the full spectrum of immigration matters: family-based green cards, naturalization, employment and investor visas, asylum, and removal defense before the Phoenix Immigration Court. She is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Joyce is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and her firm regularly serves Spanish-, Vietnamese-, and Korean-speaking clients with experienced interpreters. Beyond the practice, she speaks to community organizations across the Valley about changes in immigration policy and the rights of immigrants in Arizona.
